Hi, I’m Steph — the face behind The Love Dispensary.

I’m a mum of two girls, a wife, a mental health counselor, a content creator and a creative at heart. I’ve always loved bringing ideas to life and finding the little details that make celebrations feel personal, memorable and a little bit different.

Outside of work, life is pretty full with two little ones, family, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with it. I’m a big believer in enjoying the little things, having a laugh and not taking life too seriously.
