Our machines can dispense mini print keepsakes, stickers, or temporary tattoos. These are dispensed in a protective sleeve that can be customised to suit your event.

Some of our designs can be semi-customised, e.g. change of names or dates. But we do not do full custom designs. 

However, we are always looking for new ideas, and our best inspiration are our customers! So, if you have something in mind, share it with us and if we can make it work we will. But no promises. 

If you already have a design that’s ready to go, we may also be able to accommodate the use of it. 

Our smallest packages cater for 50 people. Though, this could be with the intent that each person uses more than one if you had a smaller guest list, as an example. 

Ideally, we need your booking locked in and all your design choices finalised a minimum of 6 weeks before your event. But, like anything, the sooner the better! Especially true if you are getting married on a popular date. 

All events have a minimum of lead time of 6 weeks from confirmation of booking, including finalising your designs. This gives us ample time to get your booking and goods ready to ship and be with you for your big event. Plus, we limited availability each week and we don't want you to miss out. So, the sooner you book, the better.

We ship New Zealand wide, except for Waiheke Island and Stewart Island. Please note, there is an additional fee for rural delivery. 

All packages are inclusive of standard return shipping throughout New Zealand except Waiheke Island and Stewart Island. An additional $30 fee is charged for rural deliveries.

Yes. We’ve put together a mini-pack of some our customer’s favourite designs and a sample sleeve available for $15 including shipping.

To secure your date, a 50% deposit must be paid, once your booking is finalise and designs are locked in, this deposit automatically becomes non-refundable. The balance is required to be paid, including the security deposit, 10 calendar days before your event – we will send out a reminder to ensure you don’t miss this date. Full payment is required before your goods are shipped.

As the vending machines are shipped in purpose-built crates, with loads of padding, everything should arrive and be ready to go out of the box but please inform us straight-away of any damage noted upon receiving the items – photos are super helpful. Letting us know is also important to avoid a reduction to your security deposit paid alongside your booking when it comes time to refund this. 

If you need to cancel your booking or change your order, please get in touch straight away. However, please note, no changes can be made once your designs are confirmed. At this point, your initial 50% deposit also becomes non-refundable. Once the designs are locked-in we initiate production so we can ensure we meet your event date without any delays. 

The Love Dispensary is the eco-friendly option. Designed around minimising waste without detracting from giving your guests a unique interactive experience. 

Wherever possible, we use recyclable or reuseable materials to minimise waste. A few examples include shipping the vending machines to you in purpose-built reuseable crates, our protective sleeves are produced here in NZ and made from high-quality card that can be recycled. Even our choice of sponges was made knowing that they can breakdown—they’re made of cellulose. 

If you want the most eco-friendly option available, we recommend the mini-print package. 

Guests love the temporary tattoos! These are designed to be applied at the event and add to the overall vibe of the day – unique and interactive but it doesn’t leave your guests with ‘things’ they may or may not want to take home with them.

The typical spend per person on wedding favours is $5-10 – and that doesn’t factor in your time! However, wedding favours aren’t what they used to be and lots of wedding favours now get left behind, thrown out or donated to op-shops. Now, wedding favours are more of an experience than a gift. 

And The Love Dispensary fits that brief perfectly – especially the temporary tattoo option. Designed to be integrated as part of the wedding – much like the wedding, they are here for a good time not a long time. Our packages range from approximately $2-10 per person. 

Short answer, no. However, we are always looking for new inspiration. So, if you already have something in mind and we can make it happen, we will. Your best option is to get in touch with us and discuss your idea. 

The security deposit is required to cover any damage or loss incurred as a result of hiring out the machine and accessories. If all items are returned in the same condition they were shipped in, this deposit will be fully refunded to your chosen bank account.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to shipping, this will not impact your security deposit provided returned goods are packed appropriately.
